Buying signals for UK infrastructure software

Know which organisations just got a reason to buy.

Leadsman watches UK public records for the moment a contractor, operator or council develops a reason to buy your software. Each week you get one page: who, what happened, why it matters now, and the source.

Built for software vendors in three markets

Markets where buyers leave a public trail before they ever send an enquiry.

01

Civil engineering and infrastructure

Framework appointments, contract awards and mobilisations that change what a contractor needs on site.

02

Transport, logistics and fleet

New operator licences, fleet expansions, Traffic Commissioner decisions and new depots.

03

Councils and municipal waste

Cabinet decisions, service changes, contract expiries and reorganisation, often months before a tender.

What a record looks like

A real example from public sources. Every record is dated, specific and checkable.

Thanet District Council Fleet and compliance
What happened
Cabinet approved a £1.31m conversion of a site at Spitfire Way, Manston, into a new vehicle workshop.
Detail
The council runs 113 vehicles, 41 of them HGVs, all maintained in-house. The report says the current workshop no longer meets HGV standards, putting the council's operator licence at risk.
Deadline
Target completion 30 November 2026.
Why it matters
A new workshop and a licence under scrutiny usually means fleet, maintenance and compliance systems get looked at. No software tender has been published yet.
Source
Cabinet decision 26/034, 2 June 2026, thanet.moderngov.co.uk

Clients see records like this before tenders are published, alongside the source so their team can check it in a minute.

How it works

Step 1

Tell me your market

Who you sell to, what triggers a purchase, and which accounts you already have.

Step 2

Sources are monitored every day

Notices, papers and filings are read and matched to your triggers.

Step 3

One page, every week

Named organisations, what happened, why now, and the link to the source.

What it isn't

  • Not a contact database. No scraped email lists.
  • Not lead generation. Your team does the selling. Leadsman tells you where and when.
  • Not generic news. Only events that create a reason to buy your product.
  • Not shared with your competitors. A small number of non-competing clients per market.

Who's behind it

Leadsman is run by Abdigani Mohamed in Bristol. My background is in field sales, and I built Leadsman around one idea: the best time to reach a buyer is the week something changes for them. So I read the cabinet papers, tender notices and filings, and pass on the ones that matter.
